TURMERIC AND GINGER.    Turmeric and Ginger are Two of the most Effective Remedies for Painful Inflammation Anywhere in the Body. Ginger as well as Being an Anti-Inflammatory is Good for Nausea and Digestive Problems. Take 1/2 a Teaspoon of Both These Spices in Tea or Add to Curries. Also Fish Oil Omega 3 is Also an Effective Anti-Inflammatory.       PS.
